is there a filter on ps to make a picture just lines ? like a colourinq book . or if not; how can i do it ? thanks .

I wouldn't know.
But you can use a paint bucket and fill it in  I wonder how long that would take... |

the paint tool; the pen tool (though that would be very difficult)
to make the thing ur talking about (i think) would be easier on psp ;) |

I don't think there's a filter for that..you'd have to do it by using the paint and or pen tool
