Help with skin! Options

I'm making my 1st skin and I gota a few problems. If u look at my Xanga, my blog is not at the right position. I cant move it! Another problem is that there is a blog in that blog and I'm trying to put it into the "all about me box". This is my skin url ...

Well, I got the blog at the right place but I'm having a problem on taking the blog out off the bigger blog.
