hello everyone... i have a friend that has a complicated love triangle and i wanted to know what advice(s) u would give. heres the situation...
(not using their real names, trying to keep it confidential) my friend mary likes this guy bob whose a good friend of hers. mary and bob hang together in the same friend group. bob doesnt know mary likes him and mary doesnt know what she should do bob's close friend, mike can tell that mary likes bob and tells her that bob likes a girl lisa. but mary doesnt really believe mike because why is he telling her this. mike says that im telling you because i dont want you to get hurt. should mary believe mike? or is bob and mike up to something? mike also said that bob is not making the move because hes afraid he'll get rejected by lisa. on the other hand, lisa doesnt know bob likes her. mary asks lisa if she likes anyone and she says no. lisa said that she will say yes if someone asked her out. basically lisa and bob are not going anywhere and mary is just "stuck". now mary's friends suspect that she likes bob and thinks bob knows that she likes him. but bob is not doing anything about it. ... complicated, yet hard to explain |
