Collapsable Modules..., cant move it! Options

i would like the collapsable mods to be in the purple box on the left... does anyone know how to do this or if it is even possible?

im making a new skin for my xanga ---> here

is there a way to put my chatterbox in the circle on the far right without having normal modules? i tryed some div layer code which would be great if it had worked... it was kinda confusing and not explained well...

the code for the mods where i think the stuff to move it would be about... but im not sure where exactly...

and is there a way to make it (chatterbox) show while still having the left modules gone?
