do CSS formats only work on premium users, because thats what xanga is telling me.

wat do u mean css format? like external linking to a .css file or using css in your xanga?

making a skin with CSS. Will xanga only let premium users make a skin?

um.............. no, think about it, why would there be skins here, if like 80% of us are like not premium. a Skin is basically css and stuff.

lol , well i figured that much. I just went to the xanga CSS tutorial and they said u needed premium. I just wasnt sure there was a way to avoid that, but i guess there is. Thnx

Thnx Thats because they dont want you to know that you can alter the look n feel section like a skin, so then they can get you to pay the 25 bucks a year for premium |

ok.. listen..
for premium members, they can have a xanga skin. that has nothing to do with CSS skins. xanga skins just basically let you redesign the whole xanga layout (like you can place your blogrings at the top, then your weblogs, and then your profile without having to write it all out). the skins you hear here at createBlog.com are mostly style sheets (Cascading Style Sheets--CSS) and all they do is determine what items get what properties.. nothing to do with the xanga skins.. the xanga CSS tutorial i think is only for creating your own Xanga Skin. not the regular CSS Skins.. get it? =D |

CSS?????????? OH GOSH.. The "Switch CSS SKINS ON THE FLY" code requires you to have a "CSS URL"..
