Okay, you don't really have to close it. Just delete the xanga links, move it to xanga help and have someone help him.

You should just ask a specific designer to help you or just use some skins that are already available. If you really want your own layout then learn how to make one by reading our wonderful tutorials. If you don't want to do that, then just learn on your own and ask specific questions.
