alotta ppl get full off of menthol ciggs... but i sorta dont... if i smoke on an empty stomach, i start getting stomach pains that go all the way up to my chest =P

..so yea ...it basically makes you seem like your "full" so u dont eat.

blink.gif Really? I didn't know about that. I know about one thing on smoking diet. If you smoke a lot, it rottens your skin and you will loose your fatness from your body. But I didn't know that you feel like you're full blink.gif blink.gif blink.gif Hm.. no wonder my oldest uncles was saying that he got a tummy ache right before we order chicken mellow.gif he smokes too much ciggs.

Absolutley n0t..but the idea had me thinking..

Does it really work , I mean have you seen people that smoke just get skinnier over time because I have.

and , If you were desperate would you try it..*>Be Honest<*
but I dont approve this , it damages your lungs and is hazardous to your health.

Ps.I didnt `post this in the girls locker room because it applies to both girls and boys.

wow.. me and my friends were talking about this.. cause he started smokin since 6th grade and even though he used to be like obese, now hes freakin skinny.

we were like saying.. smoking diet should be like the last resort for the obese.

NO, NEVER.

If you think smoking can lose weight, why don't you just take drugs?

Seriously. Don't try to damage your health in order to lose weight. It's the worst way to do so... and you can kill yourself.
