haha does your cable modem or dsl modem ever go coo coo on you like send and recieve going all nuts? they kept blinking on me i called cox they said you dont have a connection so they gave me a boster so i have a stronger signial to stay connected that still dont work it's the 3rd time this had happend i told them i'd like a new modem because i really believe it's the modem like the modem is bad :( what do you guys think?

Could be the modem... I mean, unless you have cable problems.

My DSL modem has never done that. Maybe you should get a new modem.

Like said above, it's probably your modem.
Just get a new one of call your internet service provider for information.
My cable doesn't do that.

yeah ive talked to them about that the said well it cant be your modem and thats bull my cable is fine i got tv on all my tv's i know it's my modem i have that gut feeling ya know.. hahaha i'ma make em give me a new modem lol :)

Well sometimes my cable will quit on me, that was a while ago, just the internet mind you. You just gotta unplug the power from the modem and then plug it back in so it resyncs with their servers. Though if that doesnt' work then it may be a problem with your modem.

It could be your modem. Or, like me, it could be your router, possibly. Unless your modem shows the lights going weird.
