Ok on aim..in my buddyprofile..it said curse words and racial comments..and plus it was a lyric to a dirty rap song..and this guy in our grade printed it out and showed it to the principal..(this happened last week) they gave me a referral..then they told me to go back to class..i thought everything was going to be alright..and now today during math class they call me down to the office..and they tell me im suspended..(in school suspension) which means I go to school but cant go to my classes..omfg the kid who told on me is a freaking idiot

Why would you used racial comments and curse words when you know people might get offended. True, they did sort of violate your right to free speech, but you reap what you sow. Next time, leave out the racism and cursing.

omeffinggosh... that's not allowed, they can't suspend you for that...because that's not a school matter! what whores...they think they can do that but that's not even related to school....you better stand up and testify to this!

i think that school shouldnt have anything to do wiht us outside of school, like alot my friends smoke but not on school property so teachers cant do anything about it, teahcers should only care about us when we do something bad in school but when we're not and we're in home.. what are they gona do.

why would you be suspended for something OFF campus? thats so stupid.

something thats actually worth suspension over is when i stole a camera from someone. given, they were taking hidden pictures of my friends so i took the camera and went off, but still.

Happens with xanga too.

Some kid got suspended because this black dude was bullying him, so he wrote racial remarks on his xanga, and he got suspended. The kid getting bullied.

Life's just not fair. Hah.

Where do you live? Your school has no right to do that to you. Your business outside of school shouldn't be the school's business. I hope you get your parents to go to the school and tell them something. That's just stupid.

I totally agree with Elba.
It's none of their damn business what you do outside of school.

Personally, I don't care about curse words.. but the racial comments you made were most likely pretty offensive..

But I still don't think you should've been suspended.
What you do online and at home is your OWN business.. I hate when schools and the government try to stick their faces into your own personal business. They can while you're at work, but I don't think they should when you're at home. That's YOUR space.

i`m not saying that the comments on your buddy profile are appropriate, but i think that it was unneccessary for the school to suspend you. It's not like you were forcing people to go to the site at school or anything. It was at your HOUSE and on the internet. I dont think they should have the right to suspend you for something that u didnt do in school. My school does that shit a lot too..
