First of all:

This is NOT checkers!!!

This is NOT a geeky game!!! (although the strongest in mind prevail)

And this is NOT your average game!!!

Imagine being a king for moment (oh yeah baby) and fighting over land, a battlefield (the board) with your worst enemy (the other side). Do you have the skills, intellect, mastermind abilities to sacrifice, divide, and conquer?

well hey 1 think of chess as a sport for the mind. it keeps you sharp and becomes very addicting (if you have a good challenge). we need to excercise our minds as well as our bodies. and NO 1 am not one of those scrawny no girl getting computer nerds. 1 happen to be an inspiring rapper/journalist that reads a lot who wants to get back into wrestling (real wrestling), and plays football and chess. Anyways 1m utterly incompetent when it comes to fixing computers and 1 think people are talking a different language when they speak of software and components or whatever it is. An intellectual roughhouse you can say.

To those not familiar with chess: try giving something new a try. who knows? you might like it and make thousands of dollars playing professionally.
