ummmmm i'm not sure where to put this, anyways i'm really bored and i wanna make some layouts but i'm fresh out of ideas. if any you createblogers want a layout just email me at Pixiebell143@gmail.com with pictures, colors you want. i hope this doesnt consider as spam.. i just wanna help some createblogers with the time i have(plus i'm bored and i wanna make layouts LOL) u can IM me too on aim, i'm online. once again sorry if this is the wrong place to post this LOL

but the point of the request forum is two-fold..people can request skins and skin makers can look and see which ones they want to make.
