ok so every one has music in their bg and all the codes say URL here so my questiong is where the heck do i find the URL?

there are literally tons of sites that have music codes. try starting here and look under music: Big Book of Resources

ok. I can see you are new here and I am just going to say that there is a edit button on the Top right. Click that instead of double posting.
Anyways, there are a bunch of Xangas that provides URLs. Look in the Big book of resources in the web design section. They have a list of xanga sites with music. edit// once you get the URL, go to your CLAF and scroll all the way down and you will see a box with the words "MUSIC URL:" insert the URL into the box below it. |

do that^^ and when you find the music you want, right click on the link, left click on properties, copy the url, and paste it in the bottom of your look and feel page where it says BG music url.
