i punched my brother there...by accident...so yea it really does hurt cuz he 17 and he was rollin cryin like a baby...so i guess its common sense it hurts BAD!!!

omfg, of course it hurts. if they fall to the floor in agony, i'm pretty sure that would be a clear sign of pain. i pity them. but for narcissistic pricks, i would gladly kick them down there with boots for about 10x or until they're unconscious :D

Okay, i'm not sure if you've ever been struck in so much pain before. I have had a few occurances such as this moing where I angered a girl and got 1 in the spot.
Well here is porbably the best way to put it. Picture a surge of unbelievable pain going throughout your "spot" moving throughout the upper part of your body for about a good 10 seconds until it goes throughout your mind for causing a striking amound of nerve distruption and than feeling it for a good half our or so depending on how hard he got hit...

that does NOT sum it up, i've been hit by all sorts of stuff, and a baseball headed for your chest at thirty miles an hour, i would take about twentyfive times before one hit to the balls...one time i sat on them by accident and i couldn't stand up for about two hours...it really hurt...they were sore for a week...i think sex organs in general must just be really sensitive...

It really hurts. The pain is random though. Sometimes pain hurts like hell for a few minutes, then it subsides. Other times it hurts a lil but gradually increases for awhile. And then sometimes it hurts so bad, your stomach hurts and you wanna throw up. Finally whenevre a guy gets hit he starts sweating like he's nervous cus he broke his balls

it sorta hurts like falling out of a plane, or a sky tower, there all kinda 10 on a scale of 1-10. if that makes it more clear.

Im sure giving birth hurts more but, I wouldn't know I can't give birth. But, I know getting kicked in the balls hurts like a mother of all balls getting smacked with a ping pong paddle! sorry..hehe!

Being hit in the balls is like hitting a girls boobs when its her TOM. Thats the only comparison i can think of. Theyre ultra sensitive and the slightest touch can hurt.

Yup! When I got socked down there I went home and started to bite myself to make the pain less.
