left side module help, how do you tweak the left side module? |

I do not design skins and I am new at using them on my xanga. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me how to tweak the left side module to get it to say what i want it to say. My xanga site is as follows if that helps:

i think the creator of the skin used tables to make the left modules. if you could post the code you used for the skin here and we can help you with the parts you want to change =)
