Welcome to createBlog. There are a few things that you should know about createBlog. To use features such as Source Encoder you need to be an official member. In order to be an official member you must have 50 posts at least and at least 5 cumulative posts per day. Then join the createBlog Blogring. And last paste the into your custom header.

Nope, the bottom is fine too. But since you don't have a blogring module, you have to link the blogring in your xanga also. Welcome to createBlog.com and enjoy yourself!
