We don't really need your help, there are like 123643214677851263 topics on tampons already.

When in doubt, read the box. =]

umm...there's a picture in the paper that comes with the tampons...what's so difficult? you read it, look at tha diagrams, stick it in slowly, toss the applicator (if it comes with one), leave it in for 6 hours max, take it out slowly, toss it or flush it, and do it all over again, unless, it's before your period or if your period is going to end soon...it will tear your inner tissue because there's not a lot of stuff for it to absorb... pinch.gif

People usually make topics to ask for the help, not give it wink.gif And as stated before, the instructions are pretty helpful _smile.gif
