I've been to one themed dance and nobody followed it. The theme was celebrity I think... My highschool is lucky to have dances. The only one we've had this school year was sponsered by the Spanish Club and was purely promotional. Not to mention it sucked.

Yeah, we usually do. 85% of the people that go don't follow the theme.
We had a Rave dance theme once, and we were supposed to dress up outrageously. That was fun! :] |

i don't think so. they just ask us to wear like for example best white costume. but nobody follows it

yes....our last one was country western. nerddy!!!!lol i just wore a cowboy hat lol. our next one is going to be valentines sweethearts dance or something along the lines of that.

Holy crap, we had the exact same theme last year.
Me and my friends dressed up as skanks, which isnt really a celebrity, but if people just asked we said we were Britney Spears. |
