I JUST got those...i'm not exactly sure how 2 use it(no, i don't have a help book or w/e those things r) even if i did, i would b 2 lazy 2 read them! :-p anybody hav any suggestions or wanna teach me some basics?

There's many tutorials out there that don't use big confusing words, for example:
