well you know how when you use a brush or a preset tool there is a toolbar or whatever underneath the menu that lets you choose the preset of the brush and change the opacity and everything? also when you click to add text and there is that toolbar that lets you change the font? well it's gone on my psp8 and i don't know where it went and i'm not sure how to get it back. is there anyone that knows how to get it back??

i'm not sure about psp but on photoshop i press 'f'. you could try it..haha.

Hmm, try opening the WINDOW thing at the top. There should be a drop down, and you can open up the window that was missing.? Pretty sure that would work, even though i don't have PSP8
