fuzzy image, not really sure how to fix |

So i edited an image for a layout and when i put the image in my layout it was fuzzy. I had uploaded it at photobucket and when i returned there to investigate my picture, I discovered they had drastically resized it smaller. What should I do?

It looks small. Not fuzzy, but small. Upload your image on Image Shack because it rocks.
But, before, save it as a PNG image. Better image quality, I suppose. |

i tried imageshack before photobucket....but my image was too big. and photobucket it was made it smaller. When i put it into my layout-thats when it got fuzzy
