Just being honest, I would really hate if if my bf was shorter than me. It would be so awkward, and I think it's cuter when the guy is taller... You can like, rest your head on his shoulder and I think it makes holding hands easier. =3

to me it kind of matters. it would just be odd to have to bend down or lean down and kiss them. and you can`t exactly wear high heels or anything like that when you are with him because then you will be dramatically taller than him and it will look weird, like at a dance or something like that. plus i agree with maia_dc about being able to rest your head on his shoulder and stuff like that

Well, I'm 5', I'm pretty average... There are several guy friends I know that are a bit shorter then me, but I wouldn't date them. I personally think it doesn't matter. All the guys I hang out with, and know are taller then me though...Starting from 5'3" and up. The tallest, I would have to say is 6'2"... Haha,
 I feel short.
