Div layer over image? Options

Thanks for your previous help everyone- I mastered the Div Layer! Almost... how could I position it over an image?? It wouldn't go over it for my code, here is what I have so far:

I think you should try adding the div code in the beginning, not the end.
And um, to make sure, are you trying to put the blog over an image?

Use negative numbers... Or explain what the problem is and I'll be more specific. What are you trying to move?
