Sometimes.
soft music, slow songs, calm music, make me sleep easier than rock and roll loudness.

Not me. I tend to stay more awake with music on.. Since i'm more prone to sing along if it's a song or hum along if it's music. ALTHOUGH, if it's really soft piano music, I feel really comfy and fall asleep.. Happened a few times while I was in Music Appreciation class.

i don't NEED music to go to sleep. but sometimes it's nice. It has got to be really light tho, like Vanessa Carlton or Clay Aiken. lol but usually i can't sleep cuz i'm singing along with all the songs, so it's better if the music is turned off happy.gif

No, I can't. Im an insomniac and what sucks is that it doesn't work, and I wish it would. When music is on, I like sing along, or listen to the lyrics, like, when I hear a song for the first few times, I listen to the lyrics so closely that I hear everyword, then the music later, so, can't listen to the radio even if I know the song or not. Sucks
