Custom Modules for your own layout?, I have a couple of questions, Please? Options

Alright, well heres my layout-
Layout.

I outlined where I wanted the module(s) to be. What is the code so I can place it exactly where I want; specifying the pixels, like the code for placing your blogging area? & also, would I use

<style type="text/css"> .mainleft, table.left, table.left TH, table.left TD, .leftmoduleborder {border: 1px dotted;};</style>

That code to make the module's border dotted?

Also, I'd like to have one module for things such as Name, Birthday, ect. & another for my friends' x-angas. . But in different modules, but right under eachother.
