okay my question is alike the topic titled "is there a way to make the backround white"...but i want to know for Paint Shop Pro. i have PSP9...thanks=]

I used to have PSP, but don't you usually take the bucket tool, click on the color, and then fill it up?

how do you make an image "rainbowed"?

peachie.nu has a tutorial on making images rainbow-ish. :P
