mm..thats a good question..you can look it up on google under psp tutorials, but the only thing that i know is that the halftone effect on psp just does circles on the image, not outside it.

oh ok..wellz, i tried makin the circles into squares and make it small and it look pretty good! well ,thanx tho!

Yeah, I don't think you can do the halftone effect on PSP becaue you need the halftone filter. You can try finding the download for it somewhere on Google.
