well. lets start at the beginning. i have these two good friends, john & kaitlyn. well, awhile ago john told me he really liked kaitlyn and then kaityn eventually found out and then she kinda liked him and i helped them get together so they're now 'officially' going out (thats the very compressed version by the way). well. john is head over heels for her, seriously and he is the sweetest guy. really, he's great as is kaitlyn. anyways, kaitlyn told me today that yeah she still sees him as a great guy but she doesn't like him like that anymore. and she's gonna break up with him when she sees him when we get back to school.
now, there's really no problem here and i'm not asking for advice but i needed to kinda get this out. see, i'm best friends with both. i was each of their insider in their little getting together and during their relationship, though i always told kaitlyn more than i told john =p but yeah. i'm not going to do anything or interfere since its not my business but i feel so guilty. cause i don't wanna tell john anything cause its kaitlyns decision but knowing and talking to him when he's asking how kaitlyn is and stuff and i have to say 'i don't know'...i feel so bad. blah. so yeah. end rant... |

OH my...I would hate to be in your situation. I cannot find any wise words to share with you about this. The only thing I can suggest is be there for both of them when and if the breakup does happen. It will be hard but thats what friends are for to be there thru the good, the bad, the easy and the hard times.

Hm...
Hard... Tell kaitlyn to take it easy on John. and maybe you should give hints to John, without actually telling him and betraying Kaitlyn. But just make sure that like, you guys will be friends still... |
