Orange chicken is delicious. My aunt works at Panda Express wo she always brings it home whenever my family goes to Arizona for a vacation.

Love it! I have a recipe for it somewhere at the apartment. It's relatively easy to do. I think you start off by cutting chicken in small pieces, dipping them in flour (lightly) and stir frying for a bit. Then you add some corn syrup, red pepper flakes, a little orange juice (and rinds if you have them), some garlic - that's a pretty decent start I think.

i think they're ok. my parents own a chienese and japanses restaurant but i have no clue what they add in there.
but i know there's dried orange peel added and then they add that sweet and sour sauce and maple syrup then some tamari. |

i like general chicken better. my dad is a chef and he made me orange chicken one time and i didnt really like the taste. i dont like oranges anyway.
