I want to make a personal with stars/sparkles on it, but I don't know what the brush for that is. Does it come with photoshop or do you have to download it?
If you have to downlod it, will someone give me a link? Thanks

You could use the default brush too. the one that looks like pixy dust and there is a star brush. f you use them correctly, it will look good.
