All Asian Cast on an MTV music video?, Philip Wang's Yellowcard-Breathing MV Options

To all the Wongfu fans:

If you've checked out the site lately, Philip Wang submitted his music video of Breathing by Yellowcard. Out of the multitude of submissions, the 5 top voted will be reviewed by Yellowcard themselves and the winner would become the official music video of Breathing. It would be shown on MTV, VH1, etc.

The video is undoubtly very professionally done, and I must say the cream of the crop. There are other very good submissions also, but I see Philip's as one of the top 5.

Buuuut, a problem in my eyes, if they win, it'll be an all Asian cast on a Yellowcard video. on MTV. The last Asian majority MV on MTV was like, what, Learn Chinese - Jin tha MC? That flopped.

Do you think that the fact that it's all Asian will affect Yellowcard's decision on who to choose?

And will it be awkward to see an all Asian cast in a Yellowcard video? and on MTV?
