I have a unique problem so far as I can tell, I did my best to search the forums. When I enter my comments box (while logged in under private) there is no scroll bar and it overflows perfectly fine, no horizontal scroll bar.... but... if I am logged out, the scroll bar appears and overflow is off.

I borrowed from the Mario Skin code wise, as well as one other place, transparent scroll bar. I also tampered with adding something from original Xanga code. Most likely I'm violating some cardinal rule. HELP GUYS!

Here is my site: Silenceimpaired: An Autobiography
I've attached the code for the header.

if you "borrowed" from another layout [the mario one] its considered jocking. remember that. NEVER steal from someone else's layout unless you have their permission and give credit.

ehh I ain't too anal about "borrowing" codes like some people. Because before using bits and peices of someones code also helped me learned how to code things my way. Anyway, I think I know what your problem is. I had that same dilemma before. Insert this into your headers section:

Let me know if it works.

in my opinion you can't really "jock" if you "steal" a script that has been used on like all xangas.

anyway try putting a overflow-x:hidden; into your div for your blog.. As of now the site looks fine

I appreciate all the help guys, but my problem persists... it may be that I am not putting the code where it needs to go... so maybe if you could paste my original code with the modifications that might help.

For clarification, the problem only manifests itself when I am signed out in a comments section.

I messed around with that code, but I don't know where to place it. I've gotten no change, to having it printed on the screen.

My heart is filled with joy, you are a genius, the horizontal bar is gone, whether I am signed in or not. Thanks for the help, and the time. And thanks for not being anal about learning coding through borrowing other people's pioneering work.
