Thanks for the feedback everyone

Even though it's a little bit late for a "Happy Holidays" layout, I decided to go ahead and release it. Along with it, is a "Happy Valentine's" layout. I couldn't fit the word "Day" so I left it as that

I know it's kind of plain and simple but that's how I like it. Not too busy with tons of images. So you don't have to tell me that

I had some falling snowflakes on it, but I took it off because it was messing up the calendar.

What do you think I should change, fix, or add to it?

yup definitely simple! Well if I were u I would put the calendar all the way on the top left corner and move everything else to the top... fill in the space right of the calendar. Maybe do some hover link effect/colors. You know this skin is pretty defaultish!

haha yeah... i was thinking about that a few days ago when i came across the pm you sent me awhile back.

yeah i know it's kinda defaultish. it's just a temp layout that i put together real quick. i didn't feel like going around searching for winter pictures. i don't have the patience for that with dialup haha

well thanks for the advice maybe i'll do it later when i get home.

I don't see anything wrong with it. I like how you mouseover the calender and this thing pops up telling you what's going on. That's freaking cool.

And your jocker..lol, her layout..well the colors anyway, really suck. Too hard to read.

I love it. i like how simple it is, i like the colors, and i don't know why, but i like the tiny banner. it is just so cool. and i also like the calender.

and how did that person jock your skin without the source? just by looking at it or what?

yeah... well it's basic coding and she's stolen sources of others before, so it's not that hard. and yeah.. by looking at it because she came by my page like over 50 times in 2 hours just to copy how it looks. as a matter of fact, the codes on her page isn't even hers right now... she copied it off of my_hiddenSMiLE's xanga. we know that because she even has the snippet to my_hiddenSMiLE's logger in her source

It looks good, i like the color selection.

-It seems really thin with my resolution but i guess that is the style you are going for
-The calendar kind of sticks out since its background is not gray, maybe add it to the bottom?
-The main blog seems to be slighly off balance from the banner and calendar under props mode
-The splash is kind of annoying since you have to click everytime you enter the main page.
-But all in all very very nice, its nice to see someone thats not just another imagemapper

kevin, thanks for reminding me about the calendar, i still need to switch the colors around. i had it at the bottom but i didn't really like it so i moved it to the top. yeah i've noticed that the blog was off-center on the comments page but I haven't been able to fix it. it'll probably stay like that for awhile because i haven't gotten the chance to see what's wrong with the coding. i think the splash is annoying also but i had it on there because i was blocking certain people from viewing the page. the pop-up would come up and they would still be able to see everything so i just added it. incase they didn't know how to get around the javascript, they would only see that part . i know there are ways to bypass it but not everyone knows. i'm fixing to remove the script and take that splash off though so no worries
