I cant actually code the blog for you but usually you have to start out with negative numbers on the items i've ***'d. Just play around with them until you get it the way you want. I usually line up the left margin first, the top margin goes easier then.

Change the width of your blogbody to about the same as your actual blog, so maybe like 430-445px.
