this is how i make mine !
 1) download iconart by clicking here 2) make it & then save it 3) upload it on a site that uploads lots of file types like geocities 4) then paste the url in the parts of this code that sayz "url here" CODE <!-- begin code provided by createblog.com --> <style>body, a:hover{cursor: url(url here);}</style>> <!-- end code provided by createblog.com --> im pretty sure that code works my friend gave it to me but ne wayz thats how i make mine |

but umm,can you make one in photoshop or image ready?? Cause,i cant d/l icon art the cpu im using is too weak for it and i have lots of programs running on it  and i have another cpu that has photoshop and imageready

Just make it smaller like 10x10. |
