curiouse about a code, for a layout Options

i was wndering what type of code should i use to put my blog in the middle where the faded box text is?



i've been messing around with it but i'm looking to have a scroll bar blog box into the faded box text..if that makes any sense LOL :) BTW this is just a picture of my layout, i haven't code it yet or did any of the image mapping... *opens image ready* hehehe

change margin-top and margin-left numbers until you have it inside the area you want
