Repeating background, you know, those 1-pixel thick things Options

Hi. Me again. I need help again.

Anyway, if I want to make a layout with a repeating background (the one's that are 1 pixel thick), what's the code? I've looked everywhere for a tutorial on it, but there doesn't seem to be any....... If anyone cane help me out, that would be great.
