layout trouble

i was making a layout, and for some reason the links are messed up, but as i look at them, they are fine.
and is there any way to fix the gap between the lines and the banner? because i made it too small . . and i can't make a new one. nor resize it a little bigger.

1st question: I think it's got to do something with those "x"s that are messing up the code... probably you could try having a line per link... like this (I dunno if it works):

CODEBOX: -> right click -> copy/paste


2nd question: what gap are you talking about? blink.gif I don't see any gap under the banner... it looks fine to me.

teh gap.. it's not on the bottom it's near the sides from the side and the banner.
it seems to small fer my comp.
