Okay I have been going out with this guy named alex for over ten months. We were fighting alot over stupid things and we both agreed to take a break. The break was for a week and then we would go from there. It was going okay untill that monday. I got sick and didn't go to school. He called me that evening to ask how I was feeling. I said okay. I was down in the dumps so I asked him if he missed me. He said in a way. Thats where it all began. I asked what that meant and he said I don't know, I said is there someone else. He was quiet, and I said so there is and he said I just think she is cute. I cried and asked him how he could tell me that he can't live his life without me and he doesn't want to get back together over another girl. He told me we would get back together. The next day was fine and then Wensday I went to school and talked to him. I said I wanted to be with him but not right now, so he agreed. The next day he took me to school and I really didn't say anything, I just asked how his night at work was, he said very interesting and wouldn't tell me more. I said fine. But I knew there was something up. When we went to sit where we normaly do in the school he sat next to his friend and I talked to my friend. He was wispering so I couldn't hear. He was talking to his friend and then went out for a smoke. I aske his friend what they were talking about and couldn't tell me. He said he likes ANOTHER girl, not just one but two. I started crying and asked him how he could do this to me. I smacked him with my purse and ran out. We didnt talk, we saw each other in the hall. He would smile and nuge me. I didn't know how to take that. It was then over thanksgiving vacation he called me. He told me he had some stuff of mine and wanted to give it back. I said okay he said alright well met me at a store and I also want to talk to you. I thought oh this is it, he wants me back. Wrong. He told me that we should be friends. I said I can't cause i still have feelings towards him. He said fine we won't be friends. I was upset and said why can't we get back together, he told me that he really likes this girl and she likes him. So if they like each other why dont they go out? I told him to shove our friendship up his ass. He then didn't talk to me. Then the next day he came up to me in school and asked why we couldn't be friends. He was Beging me to be his friend. I said whatever. Then we didn't talk for a while. He just recently called me and said he wasn't happy and that he was sorry and basically said he miss me. But he said he only wants to be there for me as a friend. It seems like he wants me to be his friend so if this thing doesn't work with that girl he will have me as a back up. I still love him and care about him. What should I do????????
