it`s really nice, but why does the blog header have to be so small? and the links look funky over the blog because of the shadow effect. those are my only issues.

Yea, I was a bit "iffy" about those two things.  But I decided to make the date larger. I left the links the same because they looked good for the right module... and it's not that hard to read.
