The banner doesn't match the rest of the xanga, the color scheme are too different.
The banner itself is really complex but the rest is bland with that single tone of gray. If you are going with such a flashy banner atleast make the rest of the xanga match |

i like the image. its cool. the only thing i would change is your scrollbar color. maybe make it transparent. good layout idea tho.

I like the picture you used. Perhaps make the blog scrollbar transparent cause it doesn't blend well.
