is there a way i can make my own movie video and post it or do i need to get the special program and do that?

You need a prog to make a movie.
To post a movie you just upload it and then put it in that script. |

yeah you could use something as simple as Windows Movie Maker or complex like Adobe Premiere Pro like I use hehe. Then Angelfire is a good place to host it ^_^ Have fun!
