hi umm i need help wit my new PSP but soemone was suppose to help me on createblog but he haven't been on so i was wondering if someoen can help me now since i have free time...i need help on learning how to blend the pictures together and make it look transparent so i can make a layout

there's a tutorial on it.
basically, there's a tutorial on a lot of stuff for paint shop pro, and i dont know Which paint shop pro you have [i think 9] but here are tutorials for psp tutorials |

well i dont have any psp's or anything, but maybe the other Paint shop Pro's are the same =\ but if it isn't then i'll try to ask my friend for help

my friend cant help, she has PSP9 & 8... sorryy =( but have you tried the tutorials for the other PSP's i'm not sure if it'll work but it's worth a try
