WHITE DASHED BORDER, ON PICTURES Options

okay, on my xangaif you put ur mouse over my default picture, and on my counter at the bottum,(and the mary kate and ashley icon from wednesday's entry) you see that a white dashed border shows up, well i wanna keep that border but how can i apply it to all my pictures such as today's entry's pictures???..if you know the code, can you also tell me, if i put the code on the edit html part of the entry, the cutsom header, or web stats.. thank you.roxana

hmm lets see..well u get the white dash border thing cuz its a link....so unless u want to put a code so that ur pics are a link to ur website and everytime ppl click on it it refresh the page...its like when u click on ur profile image..iono the code tho...can't remember...sorry
