I love candy, it's wonderful and I love it. But is it healthy to eat too much of it? o_O

Sweetie, theres nothing oyu can eat a lot of that is good for you. You should always be balanced. And candy has a lot of unnatrual sugars in it. I recommend you try apple sauce, or eating fruits. You get taht same sweetness, without all the over processed sugar and fat. You'll find you have more energy and sleep better as well. So yeah. Candy should be a treat, not an all the time thing. I know I have a weak spot for starbursts. I can eat a whole bag in 2 days. I love em. But they have a lot of calories and aret very good for me, so I get them like, twice a year. I started eating a lot of fruit. So yeah, try finding another snack, something healthy, so eat. Save the vandy for a special treat.

It's obviously not good for you to eat too many sweets.
But who can resist those sweet sensations?

I used to be addicted candy like crazy when i was little but I am not anymore. From 8-14, I couldnt get enough. I couldnt wait til Halloween and Easter came around because that meant tons of candy. I'm 20 now and havent ate much candy at all in the last 4 years.

eat it once in awhile. if you are tempted to buy candy, just leave your money at home while you're outside. that way, you cant buy candy =)
