i saw a background with these sparkling flashing stars hanging one by one on someone's xanga but i can't find the code for it!! can someone please help me??

they might've made the background with a brush and animated it, or they might've found it somewhere...i've seen that before, too, but I don't have the code...you can try making it....if you have the skill...

It's not a code. It's a layout they use.

it doesn't work
 it doesn't flash when i save it and then i have to turn it into a jpeg to upload it and it still doesn't flash. what did you save it as?? oh and when i put it on my xanga which of these do i choose?? Repeat Background: all directions horizontal only vertical only no repeat Position Background: Vertical: top center bottom Horizontal: left center right it doesn't stay where it is when i choose "horizontal only" for "repeat background:" but i have to choose that because or else it won't be spread horizontally. do you know what i mean?? please help, i'm sort of ignorant at this

for it to move you have to save it as a gif, and you would do it vertical repeat, and position it top center, and make sure at the top of your CLAF you set the page background to black
