yes he is. but then again, as he said "i change layouts just like i change clothes" obviously, he doesn't change layouts every single day. even if he did change it alot, it'd be around 1-2 weeks, i guess. so if you took his phrase literally, he'd only change his clothes once every 1-2 weeks. ew, that's just gross.
