I agree with lost [child].

For someone to understand me :)

Because we're all a little complicated.

someone who will understand you..i think you have friends for that.
i dont necesarily get a bf to fufill a certain need, i dont think.
if i happen to like someone, then i would naturally want to be with them. and im not the go after type either..it just comes i guess =S
And once you get into a relationship you can enjoy the benefits:
have fun
feeling of belonging or having a bf/gf
have a serious relationship
have someone understand you
even to fufill your horny needs wink.gif
but like i said, those things are benefits you enjoy by being in a relationship. and for me not necesarily using a certain reason to find one.

i think that made sense

Good question.

I haven't dated yet.. so I really don't know. I only have a feeling that if I do start dating someone, my feelings for them will be lost. So, I don't know why.

For fun. I think people are often much too worried about an eventual goal, such as marriage. It's not the goal that matters; it's the path along the way.

Yep, I agree with that. But now, in my current relationship, we hope to last a long time, and hopefully get married too.

I haven't dated yet.
But I can tell you why I would want to.

To cuddle, to make out.
To feel that someone else cares about you as much as you care about them.
To feel loved.
To feel that people actually like you.
To feel attractive.
To feel protected.

I've dated a fairly decent amount... and it is fun VERY fun. It usually just starts off as fun but when you date someone you really care about it can turn into dating them for possibly marriage. And dating really is there for you to find the person you wanna spend the rest of your life with.
