Make a 80 x 31 canvas in any paint program and mess around with it.
To animate it, well... Make one frame for every action you want to do and export those images into a animation prog like Animation Shop, Image Ready.... Anything that can animate really. So... Yeah. Of course, you can always pick up a pre-made button, edit it, animate it, and then give credit to the maker of the button. I hope that wasn't too confusing... -.-u 'm no good at explaining thigs. |
