i dont know how wavy that is but, i just use a curler or this new think my friend got me its like a waiver.

buy a crimper[i think thats how u say it], itz lyk a straightener but instead it makes ur hair wavy...
othawise go 2 da salon and get it don permanentli.... |

If you braid it while it's wet you will get some waves. If you want loose waves do less braids if you want tight waves...do more braids. And if you want it all the way to ur scalp...juss french braid it. You could also crimp it tho.
