"Water-Color"
Your words encircle and swim around me like water-color fish. Bright words with the beauty you create with your hands. Use the magic tool that is your paint brush, and bring these words to life in a reality that we can retreat to when the world wears us down. Paint a portrait of innocence with the magical tranquility that you offer me. Water-colored flesh. Water-colored kisses. Water-colored love. In this new reality we can know only beauty. .......................................................................... My first poem in regards to paintings and this type of way. I hope you like it!!

 Wow. Unique poem. I like how you incorporated his craft, painting, into this love poem. Makes it a much more interesting read.

You should have really gone farther with this one.
Very vivid in imagery, with a slight touch of colorful fantasy...yum. I liked it...welcome to these parts of the boards...Hope to see more of you. BTW, wow a couple where one is an artist and the other is a writer. Beautiful. -Joe |
